Gantry mobile CNC high-speed drilling and milling machine is mainly used for drilling, tapping and milling of flanges, heat exchangers, tube sheet parts and slewing supports. Carbide drills can be used for internal cooling high-speed drilling or high-speed steel twist. The drill is cold-drilled outside, the machining process is numerically controlled, and the operation is very convenient. 1. This machine tool is mainly composed of bed, worktable, gantry, vertical ram type drilling head, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, cooling system, automatic lubrication system, electrical control system, chip conveyor and so on.
